What is AAA Arbitration? 

The American Arbitration Association (AAA) provides arbitration and mediation services to individuals and organizations who wish to resolve conflicts out of court. 

Investment contracts can mandate all lawsuits and legal claims be administered through AAA arbitration. Courts generally honor such contract provisions. Depending on the arbitration provision located in the contract, AAA arbitration may be the only avenue for recourse for recovering investment losses.

Overall, AAA arbitration is often faster and less expensive than traditionally litigation in court. However, AAA arbitration fees and costs are greater than FINRA Arbitration.
