Failure to Execute

Failure to Execute occurs when a specific instruction is given to your financial advisor or broker and they fail to perform the order you gave them. 

Some examples include your advisor or broker:

Holding securities or other financial products after you instructed the sale;

Not buying securities or other financial products after you instructed the purchase;

Stop loss order not being executed;

Take profit order not being executed.
